Slab sterilization complete set of equipment
This complete set of equipment by the disc heat interchanger, the counter weighted dip tank, the drink pump, the hot water installment (including soft drink mixer, hot water pump, steam regulating valve and so on) as well as the electrically controlled system composition, uses in fresh milk, ice cream milk material, powdered milk, condensed milk, fruit juice and so on heat-sensitivity the liquid food pasteurizations and cooling.
The material passes through the counter weighted dip tank, enters the disc heat interchanger by the pump over, undergoes preheating, the sterilization, the heat preservation, to cool each section to achieve the technological requirement, and maintains the material original nature. In production process, if has not achieved the stipulation the thermal death point, then the instrument control causes the return valve commutation, causes the material to return the counter weighted dip tank. Material thermal death point change by measuring appliance continuously automatic recording, in order to carry on the monitoring to the sterilization process.
